Where can our tiles be used?

Our handmade tiles can be used for decorative purposes such as kitchen splash backs, bathroom feature tiles, atmospheric feature walls in restaurants; tile displays in motel lobbies etc. Exterior uses may also include: tiles used in a water feature by the pool or mosaics. 

Unless stated in the tile description, we do not recommend using our Talavera tiles as a floor tile or in swimming pools. Traditional Talavera is a clay based ceramic product that is not recommended for use in areas of extreme cold or in exposed positions that receive direct frosts.

What payment methods do we accept?

Credit card, Direct deposit or Cheque.

What tile variances should be expected?

Handmade tiles vary slightly in thickness, size and weight. The length of tiles can vary up to +/- 6mm, although most will vary around +/- 3mm. When working with tiles that vary like this please see our installation page for more information.

What is the order process?

After you complete the checkout process we will confirm your order by email. We will aim to dispatch your order on the next business day. 

If your job requires a larger quantity of any one tile design than what we currently hold in stock we will be able to import these for you with some advanced planning. Imports by ocean are the cheapest option but can take up to 4 months. Imports by air are quicker but can be more costly. Please contact us if you require assistance with an order like this.

What is our return policy?

We offer a full refund on all our tiles. Please notify us of your decision to return the tiles within 7 days of receiving them and we will send details of how to start the return process. Once we’ve received the tiles back we will refund you the cost of the tiles, the refund will not include any of the shipping charges.

If you received damaged tiles as a result of shipping please let us know so we can arrange collection of the damaged goods. All of our packages are insured against damage.

Why are our products often cheaper than our competitors?

We import multiple tile ranges at scale. We also do not pay the costs of maintaining a showroom and are able to pass on these savings to our customers. Not only are our tiles the genuine article, but they are a premium hand-crafted tile product.

How do we ship the product?

All of our tiles are inspected prior to import and a second time prior to dispatch. We will aim to process and dispatch your tiles on the first business day after your order in made. All shipments will be insured against damage.
